Featured Artists & Partners

Melissa Teo & Joe Ang Kian Hoe

Melissa started painting full time after shelving her job in art education and has had several solo exhibitions since. Melissa's works are discernible through her bold and expressive use of colours, strong lines, and textural layering. The two recurrent themes addressed by the artist are historical Singaporean architecture and regional endangered wildlife. Melissa is well versed in several mediums including digital art.

Graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in 2016, Joe specializes on Oil Painting, Murals as well as Interior Designing for various residential and commercial spaces. Not contented to dwell within his comfort zone with traditional painting techniques, Joe’s recent works focused on the use of metals to express his concept on building equipment and skyscrapers. Since then, Joe had his first solo exhibition in The National University of Singapore Society Guild House, and successfully delivered many commissioned art pieces which include large murals and stunning centerpieces. A rising artist poised to make a big impact in the coming years, certainly one to watch out for!
